The cantina Ferlat is well-known in the Friulian wine world. Based in Cormons in the popular DOC of Friuli Isonzo, it is a family business founded in 1950 by Silvano Ferlat. His son Moreno and Federica Tabacchi are assisted by Silvano who for the last 20 years have cultivated their land using only biological methods, no weeding, no synthetic products.
They are motivated by their philosophy of producing wines with minimal environmental impact and that speak of their territory. Typical grapes, spontaneous fermentation and clean expressive skin contact wines that represent the company history and the territory without forgetting the local traditions and almost more importantly the wines DRINKABILITY.
