Having tried this wine at a tasting evening pre-Xmas (Dec 2023) at Elm in Sheffield, I ordered a full case on the strength of its originality and uniqueness for hosting multiple dinners over the festive period. The wine is a real stunner and evoked a huge amount of interest and conversation amongst my foodie friends, resulting in some new fans and customers of it as a result! I really recommend this wine for very easy drinking and accompanying red meat dishes, as well as hearty pasta/tomato based dishes. Huge thumbs up!
