To the Coast—**Alla Costiera**—is where Filipo Gambato grew up, learning to work fields and vineyards with his parents. It’s also his personal challenge: to express his passion for wine and nature, and to prove there’s a healthy way to make **good** wine—good because it also does no harm.
They call themselves a **handcrafted organic farm** and artisanal business to let the land create original, non-homogenized wines. They cultivate eco-sustainably and by hand, focus on typical varieties, reduce yields, limit harmful substances, and let each vintage keep its character—because viticulture improves their lives.
